Did you know there are parcels of land in the parish that are registered as Common Land? 

The Horse Pond next to the Nut Tree pub is common land, and is currently managed and maintained by Cherwell District Council.

The Pound, accessed down a side lane, has some ancient fruit trees in it. 

The Splash in Fencott, which is an area of grass at the start of a lane, with a noticeboard, bins and picnic bench, is not Common Land, and the Parish Council maintains it.
